It is my understanding that the windows have been addressed as of April 9 and the paint touch up was completed on April 14th. Finally, there are two items mentioned in the Customer's complaint that we have no record of in our Warranty Portal.....cracked tiles and a displaced towel rack. We would ask the Customer to make the request via the Warranty Portal. Based on a review of our records, we see that the Customer has filed 5 warranty tickets with us. We believe that the 3 items that were not fixed were either items that arose from damage upon or after move-in or were not warrantable per our warranty manual.
